The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 4053 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.
Heard learned APP also, who has not controverted the above submission.

No.1488 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Gopalganj, in connection with Trial No. 2150 of 2016, arising out of Complaint Case No. 4053 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the further conditions that the petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and make themselves available before the court as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutive dates, without showing any genuine reason, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
