The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the serious nature of allegation made by the informant a local Block Development Officer that the petitioner along with 50 others entered into his office, abused and assaulted him and tried to destroy official documents, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
