====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 11.11.2020, a report was called for from the court below. The report is enclosed on record, which is kept at flag 'X'.

The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhojpur submits that within 6 months, the trial may be concluded.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on bail.
