2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) & 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 10 litres of country-made liquor as well as soaked Mahua flowers in huge quantity have been recovered from bank of Sone river and it is alleged that this petitioner and others fled away from the spot.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. - I, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barun P.S.
