The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2022 in connection with Excise P.S. Case No.114 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of approximately 87 litres of foreign liquor from the seized car which does not belong to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 04.05.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten

Case No.114 of 2022. The petitioner will visit in the office of the Inspector Prohibition, Sadar Sub-Division, Siwan on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the office of the Inspector Prohibition would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
