The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)/ (a), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of shot fire by the petitioner and other accused persons but did not hit to anyone. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties have litigation terms. He further submits that petitioner is aged bout 61 years, suffering from major liver problem and undergoing treatment. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur at Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 459 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
