JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 This is the second attempt for prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioners after rejection of their anticipatory bail through Cr. Misc. No.69823 of 2022 dated 21.04.2023.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and also learned counsel appearing for the informant jointly submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and, on the basis of said compromise, the counter case bearing Khusrupur P.S. Case No.187 of 2021 also disposed of.

3. In view of aforesaid compromise, learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32349 of 2024(9) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition in order to surrender before the court below. It is prayed that court below be directed to consider the prayer of bail on same very day in view of compromise, as submitted above.

4. Let it be so, the present anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, the learned trial court is directed to decide the surrender-cum-bail petition of petitioners as its earliest, in accordance with law, in view of submission as made above.
