2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 2 (Raju Mukhiya) assaulted informant with knife, causing grievous injury. So far as petitioner no. 1 (Ranju Devi) is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against her.
4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 2 is rejected.

Considering the fact that petitioner no. 1 is lady and there is general & omnibus allegation against her, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, petitioner no. 1 namely Ranju Devi is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
