JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent concerned to pay / grant Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) and consequential monetary benefits to the petitioner on the benefit of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. has not been granted to him although similarly situated employees are getting the same benefit.

Further directing the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.17426 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 concerned to take necessary steps in this matter as early as possible and pay admissible dues considering the fact that the petitioner has retired from the service on 31.07.2013."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
