This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5213 of 2018. It has been stated that he has not deposited the amount of Rs. 6,94,000/- but he has already completed the work for Rs. 77,615/- and rest amount of Rs. 6,16,385/- has been deposited to the bank.

In such view of the matter, let the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5213 of 2018 be modified to the extent that in place of "the petitioner has already deposited the aforesaid amount" be read as "petitioner has already deposited the amount of Rs. 6,16,385/- and work has been done for Rs.77,615/-" The State authority is directed to verify the aforesaid
