JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to Principal Additional Advocate General as well as Sri Raj Kamal, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no. 5.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 5/7/2012 passed in CWJC No.11254 of 2012. The said writ petition was disposed of in terms of the order dated 2/2/2012 passed in CWJC No.19787 of 2010 and other connected writ petitions. The writ court in the main writ petition had directed the Director,

Patna High Court MJC No.1015 of 2013 (9) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Secondary Education to examine the claim in respect of number of colleges.

In this case show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1 and along with the show cause a detailed order contained in memo no. 1509 dated 21st November, 2014 has been brought on record, which is an order passed by Director, Secondary Education.

Learned State Counsel submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court the Director, Secondary Education, has already passed a detailed order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court that there are apparent errors in the order of the Director, Secondary Education.

The court is of the opinion that since in compliance with the order of the writ court a detailed order has been passed, there is no need to further proceed with the matter. If the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of the Director, Secondary Education, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The petition stands disposed of.
