The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 379, 498A, 494, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of Mediation Centre and the husband (petitioner) and wife (opposite party no.2) are ready to lead their conjugal life peacefully.

No.52483 of 2016 (4) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 In view of the above submission, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Gaya in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
