JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2015 The petitioner is the informant of Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 86 of 2005 dated 07.10.2005 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed to issue a direction to the jurisdictional Magistrate to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though charge-sheet was submitted on 13th July, 2006 and cognizance was taken on 10th August, 2006, the trial has yet not commenced.

Learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate steps so that if the trial of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1169 of 2012 (4) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 the case is still pending, the same is concluded expeditiously. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the application is disposed of.
