JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. A writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent Specially Respondent no. 3 to give half of salary of her husband during his service period and after retirement 50% pension as well as 50% amount from Retiral benefit.

B. A writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents concerned arrears of amounts for

Patna High Court CWJC No.2220 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 maintaining herself to the petitioner which has not been properly paid. Who is living separately since long back due to negligent act of the Respondent no. 6."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
