Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2908 C of 2013 registered under Sections323 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is no injury report. No independent witness has supported the allegations. Father of petitioner no. 1 had earlier filed Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55204 of 2016 (5) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sarika Bahalia, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2908 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
