This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Lodipur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 385 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation, the petitioner and others were involved in extortion from vehicles. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
