JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Programme Officer, Jehanabad, to dispose of Case No. 9 Chayan/2021, filed by the petitioner, challenging the selection of the private Respondent No. 6, however, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, to submit that the aforesaid case has already stood disposed off by the District Programme Officer, Jehanabad, by an order dated 17.6.2022. 2.
In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such
Patna High Court CWJC No.8037 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for the purposes of assailing the aforesaid order dated 17.6.2022. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
