1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Inspector General of Police, Southern Sector, Headquarter , Central Reserve Police Force, Hyderabad (Telangana) to dispose off the petition, filed by the petitioner for reinstatement in service, who was earlier working as Ex-CT at 109 Bn., CRPF and had been dismissed from service on 21.11.2000.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.8036 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 in case the aforesaid petition is maintainable and has not already been disposed off, the same would definitely be considered, in accordance with law and disposed off forthwith. It is directed accordingly.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
