2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 324, 307, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, in connivance with other co-accused persons, is alleged to have caused fire-arm injury to informant and also demanded Rs. Two lakhs, as Rangdari.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, the alleged occurrence took place. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 813 of 2023.
