The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Marhaora P.S. Case No.378 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations made in the first information report as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the disclosure made by a co-accused, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35312 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
