Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 22.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8101/2020.

By order dated 13.12.2021 a report about the stage of trial was called for from the court below which reveals that charge has already been framed in this case and three witnesses have also been examined.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
