The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaudhi, Patna.

The accusation is that due to some dispute, petitioner along with other named in the F.I.R. reached near the husband of the informant, where Arbind Yadav shot fire at the chest of husband of the informant and Pintu @ Butai Yadav also shot fire at the chest of her husband, whereas this petitioner shot fire at the back side of the head of her husband. The husband of the informant died on the spot.

No.2312 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
