The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 209 of 2018 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the son of the informant and also on one person who succumbed to the injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that uptil now, he has not put on TIP.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26647 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 informant.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, as such, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
