1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. The specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31021 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 Irfan. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
