The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rohtas (Amjhore) P.S. Case No.64 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant causing grievous injury to him, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
