2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4176 of 2017 dated 17.07.2019.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4176 of 2017, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4176 of 2017 before the respondent no. 6 (The District Education Officer, West Champaran At Bettiah) and the respondent no. 6 is
