2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

"(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent authorities to provide police protection in erection of boundary wall upon the land of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1076 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 (II) For further direction to the Respondent Sub-Divisional Police Officer and the concern Police Officer to take appropriate action giving necessary protection to the petitioner on his cost for which the petitioner is ready to deposit the cost of police force.

(III) For further direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition a title suit has been filed by the respondent no.8.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Court in accordance with law.
