The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 166/2009 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A),323/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the last occasion also, the petitioner had not appeared stating that he was suffering from 'Dengue' fever. It appears that the petitioner has no intention of taking proper steps to demonstrate his bonafides though this Court had extended interim protection to him. The action of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30536 of 2019(6) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 in not appearing today also clearly indicates that he has been recalcitrant and his statement that he was failing to stay with the opposite party No. 2 with all honour and dignity was but a farce intended to mislead this Court into obtaining an order in his favour.

Considering the aforementioned situation and persistence absence of the petitioner, let the order of provisional bail dated 19.06.2019 stands cancelled.

Let the Court below take appropriate steps for cancellation of bail bonds as field by the petitioner. The present application for bail stands rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
