04-07-2018 Heard Sri Jyoti Prakash, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Eight petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Karja P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 188, 153(a), 323, 332, 333, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for petitioners has argued that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case, otherwise petitioners were only spectator.
