Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 346 of 2015 registered under Sections- 420, 409, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not the custodian of the records, which are missing. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 28.03.2016, 19.05.2016 and 30.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 11465 of 2016, 15924 of 2016 and 10437 of 2016 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1225 of 2017 (4) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 346 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
