The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that under the conspiracy the land has been sold to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact purchaser is the victim of purchased land by his purported vendor.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let
