The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing vehemently for sometimes seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application.
Permission is accorded with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge as it has been submitted that petitioner has already moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No.18661 of 2016 in which this Court by order dated 04.02.2019 has directed for no coercive action against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28937 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 petitioner and others.
