JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.93 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners except petitioner nos.1 and 2 and the injuries alleged to have been caused by Mantoo Ram is simple in nature, there is no any corresponding injury alleged against petitioner no.1, Mahinder Ram @ Mahendra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53116 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2 /2 Ram, there is case and counter case between both sides due to land dispute and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.93 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J.) S.Kumar/- U T
