The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.279 of 2017 registered under Sections 365 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has given a clean chit to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.279 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)
