1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for quashing the notice dated 28.07.2014 issued by the Circle Officer, Sadar Chapra, Saran at Chapra (herein respondent no.3) contained in Annxure-5 to the petitioner by which the Circle Officer, Sadar Chapra Saran at Chapra without persuing any show cause and without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner has directed to remove the encroachment on Nagar Plaika Road No.2934 yet 08.08.2014 even though removing the encroachment from plot no.2934 by Police Force when the question plot itself is private

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
