The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chanan P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Sanjay Yadav about 20 years ago. On 10.06.2016, the informant came to meet his daughter but his daughter was not found inside the house. The informant enquired about his daughter from his son-in-law but he did not reply. On enquiry, Mithilesh Kumar, son of the deceased, disclosed that on 02.06.2016 Sanjay Yadav killed his wife by strangulating her and petitioners threw the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at best an offence under Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code can be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49705 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 made out against the petitioners, which is bailable. The petitioners are not alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Chanan P.S.
