====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of official of the Statein the matter of removal of encroachment over his private land and reluctance in the matter of extending protection.
The pleadings and materials on record are not enough to grant indulgence in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the official of the State to protect the life and property of the petitioner in accordance with law like any citizen is entitled to protection by
Patna High Court CWJC No.9511 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 the District and Police Administration connected with the law and order. In the situation demands the authorities shall exercise their power to save the petitioner person and property like any citizen is entitled to protection.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
