Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 301 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 28.05.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
