2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 384, 504, 506, 379, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner alleged to have assaulted informant and others with butt of pistol due to which they sustained injuries. All the three injuries sustained by the injured are found to be simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the nature of injuries, clean antecedent of this petitioner and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Bhojpur Ara ( Bihar ) in connection with Ara Town P.S. case No. 337 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
