Petitioner is an accused in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 457, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJMXII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No.
