The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation as one of the person who was involved in theft of CCTV camera, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
