The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 683/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that as per FIR petitioner alongwith the family members were subjecting the deceased to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. He is having the great responsibility to protect his wife. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Barachatti

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26275 of 2019(4) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 683/2018 from the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya).

This application is dismissed accordingly.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from today.
