JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority to issue a transfer letter for petitioner's public distribution shop with regard to its transferred place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application of transfer of place of PDS shop was filed on 20.04.2010 (Annexure-3), pursuant to which the enquiry was made and recommendation in favour of such transfer was made in terms of the letter no. 259 dated 22.08.2012 (Annexure-5). Despite the same, however, the respondents have not issued any letter granting permission for such transfer.

3. None appears on behalf of the respondents despite repeated calls.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the SubDivisional Officer, Marhowrah, Saran (respondent no. 3) to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner said to have been filed on 20.04.2010, if not already disposed of, after grant of an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law.
