JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instigation of his enemies. The alleged occurrence has been committed by the mob, of which this petitioner was not a member. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45068 of 2017. Petitioner is a man of clean

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S.
