The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No 279 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code .

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no allegation against this petitioner of causing assault to deceased. Petitioner is a lady.

In the written report, it is alleged that elder sister of informant was assaulted by accused persons as named in the written report on account of which she died. It is alleged against this petitioner that she used to tell to kill the sister of the informant.
