The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute and both the parties have sustained injuries. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation against him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.59622 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Nawatpur P.S.
