The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the seriousness of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the statement made by co-accused Shivjee Yadav and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59383 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 Accordingly, the application is rejected.
