2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 205 of 2019 instituted for the offence under sections 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature. There is no injury report on the record. Petitioner has not criminal antecedent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29895 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 205 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
