The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamui P.S. case No. 115/2016 registered under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the IPC.

The prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 05.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24086/2016. The allegation against the petitioner is that he got appointment on the post of Teacher by forging the certificate of B. Ed. It is submitted that other accused persons have been granted bail but since the petitioner himself forged the certificate of B. Ed. and got appointment fraudulently, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28613 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is once again rejected. The petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail vide order dated 05.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24086/2016 but the petitioner remained absconding for last four years. The court in seisin of the case is directed to take necessary action for procuring the arrest of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
