2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to pay the compensation amount at the enhance rate as the petitioner is entitled to receive the compensation amount as per new Bihar, Settlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2007 since the matter is pending before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17674 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 competent authority who is sitting tight over the matter and has not yet referred the matter before the Arbitrator in view of section 3 G(5) read with Bihar Settlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2007 and or issuance of appropriate consequential writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The claim is that the authorities have not taken decision on the compensation matter.

4. Since, there is no appearance, the writ petitions stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
